SHIPPING POLICY — Rio De Ono Design

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the following business day.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered:

United Kingdom:

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 7–15 business days (Standard Delivery)

Please note that some items may arrive sooner depending on stock location.

United States & Canada:

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 15–30 business days

Rest of World (Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE, Japan, New Zealand & others):

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 15–30 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

UK Orders: No additional customs charges apply.

International Orders: Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at orders@riodeonodesign.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually leave a notice with instructions. Orders returned to us due to failed delivery may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@riodeonodesign.com. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

This shipping policy applies to product purchases only. Delivery and installation arrangements for our interior design services are discussed and agreed upon separately during the consultation process.
